Welcome to a novel cleaning experience! Before scheduling your first Maid Sassy service, we recommend perusing our FAQs and familiarizing yourself with our pricing structure. Our service charges are based on hourly rates, but we offer discounted rates for recurring client’s.

Here’s what you should expect for your first appointment:

Step 1: Get in touch with us during our office hours, which you can find under the contact tab on our website. We guarantee confidential and discreet management of your cleaning appointments, ensuring the utmost respect for your privacy.

Step 2: After you contact The Tech27 Group, we will discuss our current “HOURLY SPECIALS” for new clients and address any queries you may have. Together, we’ll determine if our sassy maid service suits your needs and lifestyle, and how many cleaning hours you’ll require for your first appointment.

Step 3: To secure your first appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $75 will be collected via debit or credit card. This deposit will be credited towards your first service payment. If you own a business, our services are tax deductible. Your credit card statement will display the charge as The Tech27 Group.

Step 4: The remaining balance for your service will be collected by the Maid upon arrival at your first cleaning appointment. Generally, we can have a maid at your door within 2 to 3 days of contacting The Tech27 Group, depending on both your and our maid’s schedule availability.

Absolutely! At Maid Sassy, we believe in authenticity. Every picture you see on our website is a genuine photo of our maids. We verify each image to ensure that you get exactly who you select. No surprises, no disappointments – just the maid you picked, ready to bring a dash of style to your space.

We understand the importance of privacy, especially for a service as unique as ours. At Maid Sassy and The Tech27 Group, we have a strict policy against sharing or selling any client information.

To assure you of our commitment to your privacy, both our clients and maids sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. This measure further safeguards confidentiality and ensures the privacy you deserve.

Our business model, leading the industry in confidentiality, is one of the many aspects our clients and maids appreciate. Trust us to prioritize your privacy just as much as we prioritize adding a sassy touch to your cleaning experience.

At Maid Sassy, we respect your privacy and your inbox. We will only send you occasional emails with our monthly or seasonal specials if you request us to do so.

And if you ever change your mind, it’s easy to opt out. While we don’t currently send physical mail, if we ever do as we grow, rest assured, we would always seek your written consent first.

We are keenly aware that many of our clients value discretion regarding our service, whether it be from their significant others, children, neighbors, or mail carriers. We’re all about the sassy service, not the unnecessary chitchat.

While we strive to accommodate as many clients as possible, the safety of our maids is our utmost priority. If we determine that a home or office location poses any safety risk for our Maid, we reserve the right to decline service. In such instances, the deposit remains non-refundable. Thankfully, we’ve never had to make such a decision to date, and we work diligently to ensure it stays that way.

At Maid Sassy, we accept payments via credit or debit cards. For each appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of $75.

We maintain a strict code of conduct for our services. Any violations of our terms of service, such as making physical contact with the maids, displaying disorderly behavior, removing your clothes, or touching yourself inappropriately, will result in immediate termination of the service. The full service fee will be charged and will not be refunded. We believe in creating a safe, respectful environment for our maids and clients alike. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

We understand the need for discretion. That’s why all charges from us will be billed under our parent company’s name, The Tech27 Group, which will be the name appearing on your credit card or bank statement. It’s just one more way we ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

Our maids perform cleaning and light housekeeping duties. They are also open to catering to your additional needs such as mixing a drink for you or bringing you a sandwich, essentially activities you’d expect from any homemaker.

However, they reserve the right to refuse any requests that they deem demeaning, dangerous, or illegal.

Regarding specific services, we provide a variety of cleaning tasks which we’ve outlined in detail on our services page. Each Maid Sassy experience is designed to be both enjoyable and efficient, fulfilling your cleaning needs with a touch of charm.

Our service is tailored towards an exclusive experience. As such, only the client and one pre-approved guest are allowed on site while our maid is working at your location.

It’s important to note that all guests must be at least 18 years old. We strictly prohibit minors from becoming a client or a guest.

In case of an emergency requiring a minor or non-client to enter the premises, our maid will adjust accordingly and work fully clothed. For prior guest approval or for more details, please contact The Tech27 Group manager.

Our maids arrive ready to get to work, with their bikini and lingerie attire in a small bag. However, cleaning supplies needed for the service must be provided by the client. This allows you to choose your preferred products and makes it easy for our maids to focus on delivering an excellent service.

Life happens, we understand! If you need to reschedule, please reach out to us via text or email at least one calendar day before your scheduled appointment. Simply provide us with a time that’s more convenient for you, and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate your rescheduling request. We value your time and aim for your Maid Sassy experience to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. However, please note that if you cancel on the same calendar day of service, fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, or do not show up on time, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged.

But don’t fret – we’ve got you covered with a 15-minute grace period. If you’re running a bit late, our maid will wait up to 15 minutes before leaving. We value your business and aim to provide flexibility where we can.

We’re all for furry friends, but for the safety and efficiency of our services, we kindly ask that all pets be secured and kept away from our maids while they’re working. We understand your pet might be the friendliest around, but we want to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted service. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated!

At Maid Sassy, our priority is to provide you with a relaxing, enjoyable experience alongside top-tier cleaning services. You’re welcome to unwind, enjoy a meal, or simply appreciate the cleaner, more organized environment.

You may make special requests related to the cleaning service, as long as they are respectful, safe, and legal. Please note, however, that the final decision to accept any request lies solely with the maid.

We maintain a strict policy against the use of illegal substances. Any client found under the influence of, or using, illegal drugs during the maid’s work hours will result in immediate termination of the appointment and/or ongoing contract without a refund.

As for alcohol, while you may enjoy a drink, we request you to consume responsibly and not offer any alcoholic beverages to our maids. They are prohibited from indulging while working to ensure they deliver the best service.

At Maid Sassy, your safety and the safety of our staff are of paramount importance. Both our clients and maids undergo reference and background checks to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment.

For added security, a safety staff member accompanies the maid to the job location. They may choose to stay in an adjacent room or just outside the home, and are in constant contact with The Tech27 Group office, checking in upon arrival, at the end of the job, and every 30 minutes during the job.

Our maids also carry a GPS-enabled personal security device that can alert 911 with the simple push of a button.

We encourage both clients and staff to reach out to our office anytime during a job to address any safety concerns. We believe in fostering a safe, secure environment that allows our clients to relax while our maids provide an excellent service.

We have a firm policy against any form of photography, videography or filming during the sessions. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the session and/or ongoing contract without a refund. We prioritize the privacy of our maids and expect our clients to respect this.

Absolutely! Tipping is not only allowed but also greatly appreciated for a job well done. Our maids take pride in their work and a little extra recognition never hurts. They get to keep all the tips they receive. You have the flexibility to tip in cash directly or add it to your booking through your preferred payment method. Yes, indeed. To ensure you receive the full Sassy Maid experience, all appointments are booked for a minimum of 2 hours. The clock starts ticking once our Maid has slipped into her sassy attire at your location, and she’s ready to sprinkle her magic around your space. This ensures enough time for a complete transformation of your surroundings and a satisfying experience for you.
